beeSPORT and AI Skating Analysis updates for the second half of 2026
In the second half of 2026, HDTS is making player development more connected, measurable and easier to manage. Following the latest beeSPORT release, the new updates link testing, player data, training planning and skating analysis in one clearer workflow.
The beeSPORT Framework now gives coaches and staff direct access to the applications they use most. A redesigned interface improves navigation, while the enhanced player card brings test results and skating-analysis data together in one place. Tester adds an expanded set of recommended assessments, including PowerGate, Wingate and Stride Power, with testing available directly from the web application and clearer reports showing complete results.
Trainer introduces a more practical approach to planning sessions and centralizing player management. The aim is simple: make it easier to turn diagnostic information into useful training decisions.
The biggest technical update comes to AI Skating Analysis. The new AI engine can track the correct player even when other people appear in the camera view. It also improves the identification of key body positions, joints, angles and movement patterns, making the analysis more precise. The new desktop application, redesigned web interface and updated reports make the system easier to use and interpret. Technical terms such as body-position analysis refer to the measurement of how a player’s joints, angles and posture change during skating.
These updates are already included in HDTS’s new solution packages, including Hockey Lab – Fusion Skating, Skating Lab and other configured development environments. This means new customers can access the latest beeSPORT workflow and AI Skating Analysis capabilities as part of a complete training solution, rather than adding them later as separate upgrades. Learn more in our article about the new Hockey Lab – Fusion Skating packages.
For coaches, this means less time searching for information and more time applying it. For players, it means a clearer view of progress and a more focused path to improvement. Contact HDTS to learn how the updated beeSPORT ecosystem and AI Skating Analysis can support your center.
