This is the step in the right direction. The need to individualize the training process is clearly visible in nowadays hockey. And the connection between the individual and the team training can speed up the process even more.Today not only as a former player but as a scout I can confirm a strong need to develop individual skills. I believe these training facilities will soon be in North America and it is going be great.
